Using WorldHalls
These Terms of Use apply when you access WorldHalls, create an account, publish content, or purchase a paid plan. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Information submitted for a company or showroom should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading or publishing content, you give WorldHalls permission to host, reproduce, resize, convert, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service and the public pages you create.
You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use submitted images, videos, logos, text, trademarks, links, and other materials.
Acceptable use
You may not use WorldHalls to publish unlawful content, malware, deceptive material, content that infringes another party's rights, or material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the service. WorldHalls may remove or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
Company names and trademarks
Company names, logos, product names, and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. A company profile appearing on WorldHalls does not by itself mean that the company sponsors, endorses, or has a formal relationship with WorldHalls.
Third-party links
Profiles, showrooms, Guides, and Spotlights may link to company websites, stores, marketplaces, videos, payment services, or other third-party destinations. WorldHalls does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.
Editorial content, affiliate links, and sponsored placements
WorldHalls may publish Guides, Spotlights, curated selections, and other editorial content. Unless clearly identified otherwise, a selection or ranking is an WorldHalls editorial presentation and is not an official ranking or endorsement by a company, retailer, or marketplace mentioned.
Some links may be affiliate links. WorldHalls may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to the visitor. Sponsored or paid placements may also appear and will be identified when applicable.
Paid plans and billing
Paid subscriptions may provide additional galleries, media capacity, customization, placement, or other features described on the plan page. Payments are processed through Stripe. Pricing, billing periods, and plan limits are shown before purchase. Subscription changes and cancellations are subject to the options made available through the billing system.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve over time. Features, limits, layouts, and technical requirements may change as WorldHalls is improved. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Information on WorldHalls is provided for general informational and promotional purposes and should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorldHalls is provided on an "as available" basis and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, third-party content, or third-party services.
